Accessibility statement

We want everyone, including People of Determination, to be able to find and use discounted healthcare on PricelessMed, in English and in Arabic.

Our standard

Our website aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, in line with the UAE digital accessibility policy.

Every page works with a keyboard, and focus is always visible.
Text meets minimum colour contrast, and pages reflow on small screens and at 400% zoom.
Images, buttons and form fields have names that screen readers can announce, in both languages.
Moving content can be paused, and it stops for visitors who ask their device for less motion.

Open the accessibility button on the side of any page to adjust the site for you. Your choices stay on your device.

Larger text and more spacing between lines and letters.
A plainer, easier-to-read font.
Highlighted links and headings.
High contrast, dark contrast, black and white, or softer colours.
Stop animations, a reading guide, and reading the page aloud with your device's voice.

Accessibility is part of how we build the site, not a one-off fix.

Every change to the website is checked automatically, and a change that breaks an accessibility rule cannot be merged.
We test pages in English and Arabic, on desktop and on phones, with automated checks and by keyboard.

We are still working on these:

The medical tourism film has English captions only.
Some older text written in our content system uses heading levels out of order.
The security check on sign-in forms is provided by a third party and may not work with every assistive technology.
