PricelessMed is a healthcare savings membership in the UAE that gives members access to discounted medical, dental, optical, wellness services, and aesthetic procedures at partner clinics. It is not insurance. Members pay clinics directly at reduced prices using digital vouchers inside the app.
Two plans, same benefits:
Both include unlimited vouchers and up to three family members. Memberships bought in the app renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel any time from your App Store, Google Play or AppGallery account and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Yes. Members pay the clinic or hospital directly at the discounted rate. PricelessMed does not handle medical payments or reimbursements, unlike insurance.
Savings vary by service and clinic or hospital, but members typically save between 20% and 90% on dental treatments, consultations, lab tests, wellness services, and more across the UAE.
In selected partner hospitals, members can also save up to 50% on their emergency room bill.
Yes. One membership covers you and up to three family members. Add them in the app under Family: adults join with an invitation code, and children or relatives without a phone can be added directly. Each member gets their own vouchers at the same discounted prices.
PricelessMed partners with clinics and hospitals across major UAE cities, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah, as well as other emirates. Availability depends on partner network expansion.
No. PricelessMed is not insurance and does not provide coverage or reimbursements. It is a healthcare discount membership that gives access to reduced price vouchers at partner clinics across the UAE.
In many cases, PricelessMed can be used for services not covered by insurance or when insurance deductibles are high. It can also be used when insurance applies a cap on selected services and the member has already consumed their annual limit. In such cases, PricelessMed provides instant savings.
Members should confirm directly with the clinic or hospital regarding service eligibility.
Do not pay the full price. Message us while you are still at the reception on WhatsApp +971 56 942 3436 with the voucher code and the clinic name, and we will resolve it with the clinic straight away. If you already paid, send us the receipt and we will follow up with the provider.
Cancel from the account you paid with. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
Memberships bought in the app renew automatically at the end of each month or year, charged by the App Store, Google Play or AppGallery, until you cancel. The store notifies you before a yearly renewal.
Memberships paid by card on our website run for the period you paid and do not renew by themselves; we remind you before they end.
A voucher is valid for 30 days from the day you create it. You can create as many as you need during your membership.

A genuine PricelessMed payment happens in one of two places only: inside the app through the App Store, Google Play or AppGallery, or on a page that opens on pricelessmed.com and shows the secure card payment screen.
We never ask for cash, transfers to personal accounts, gift cards, or payment through messaging apps or third-party sites. If anything looks different, stop and check with us on WhatsApp +971 56 942 3436 before paying.
PricelessMed maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud. We use only authorized and secure payment links. Any suspicious or unauthorized transaction attempts are immediately flagged and investigated.
We use secure systems, encrypted processes, and restricted internal access controls. Personal information is handled according to privacy standards, and we do not store unnecessary medical data.
No. PricelessMed does not store, manage, or process medical records or reports on the platform.
The only exception is when a patient voluntarily submits minimal information for a Surgical Quotation Request. In such cases, only authorized PricelessMed team members securely handle the necessary details to assist the client in accessing suitable offers from verified hospitals within their planned budget range.
Yes. PricelessMed works exclusively with licensed and verified clinics and hospitals operating under UAE healthcare regulations.
No. Medical responsibility lies entirely with the treating clinic or hospital. PricelessMed facilitates access to discounted healthcare services but does not participate in diagnosis, treatment, or medical decision making.
No. Discounts are pre-negotiated pricing agreements. Doctors and clinics provide the same professional care regardless of membership status.
Yes. PricelessMed does not replace health insurance, and you should keep any insurance you are required to hold in the UAE.
Use PricelessMed alongside it for what insurance does not cover: dental, optical, aesthetic and wellness treatments, co-payments and deductibles, services after your annual limit is used up, and any visit where you prefer to pay directly without approvals.
The annual plan offers the best value. At 600 AED per year, members save significantly compared to paying 100 AED every month.
