How do I request a refund for my subscription?
- Apple (iPhone): go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, choose PricelessMed and follow the steps. Apple decides under its refund policy.
- Google Play (Android): follow Google's refund request page. Google decides under its refund policy.
- Huawei AppGallery: open Settings, then Account center, Payment and purchases, Purchases, open the PricelessMed order and choose Apply for refund. Huawei decides under its refund policy.
