Partner clinics and hospitals offer special rates to PricelessMed members in exchange for increased patient volume and visibility. The quality of care remains the same, only the price is reduced.

No. PricelessMed does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Members should consult directly with licensed healthcare professionals for any medical concerns or clinical decisions.

No. Discounts are pre-negotiated pricing agreements. Doctors and clinics provide the same professional care regardless of membership status.

Two plans, same benefits:

• AED 100 per month
• AED 600 per year, half the price of paying monthly

Both include unlimited vouchers and up to three family members. Memberships bought in the app renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel any time from your App Store, Google Play or AppGallery account and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Savings vary by service and clinic or hospital, but members typically save between 20% and 90% on dental treatments, consultations, lab tests, wellness services, and more across the UAE.

In selected partner hospitals, members can also save up to 50% on their emergency room bill.

Cancel from the account you paid with. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

Memberships bought in the app renew automatically at the end of each month or year, charged by the App Store, Google Play or AppGallery, until you cancel. The store notifies you before a yearly renewal.

Memberships paid by card on our website run for the period you paid and do not renew by themselves; we remind you before they end.

There is no strict annual visit limit. Members can generate an unlimited number of vouchers during their subscription period, subject to fair usage policies within the membership terms.

Yes. Membership activates immediately after successful payment. You can generate vouchers and use discounts right away. You can also immediately add up to three family members after activating your account.

The annual plan offers the best value. At 600 AED per year, members save significantly compared to paying 100 AED every month. It is ideal for families, individuals who frequently visit clinics, and especially those with chronic conditions who require ongoing care such as dental, aesthetic, wellness services, and more.

Yes. Members pay the clinic or hospital directly at the discounted rate. PricelessMed does not handle medical payments or reimbursements, unlike insurance.

Yes. One membership covers you and up to three family members. Add them in the app under Family: adults join with an invitation code, and children or relatives without a phone can be added directly. Each member gets their own vouchers at the same discounted prices.

PricelessMed partners with clinics and hospitals across major UAE cities, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah, as well as other emirates. Availability depends on partner network expansion.

Do not pay the full price. Message us while you are still at the reception on WhatsApp +971 56 942 3436 with the voucher code and the clinic name, and we will resolve it with the clinic straight away. If you already paid, send us the receipt and we will follow up with the provider.

1. Open the service or offer in the app and tap Get voucher.
2. The voucher appears in your wallet with a code and the discounted price.
3. Show it at the clinic or hospital reception before your visit and pay the discounted price directly to them.

A voucher is valid for 30 days from the day you create it. You can create as many as you need during your membership.

No. PricelessMed is not insurance and does not provide coverage or reimbursements. It is a healthcare discount membership that gives access to reduced price vouchers at partner clinics across the UAE.

No. PricelessMed does not store, manage, or process medical records or reports on the platform.

The only exception is when a patient voluntarily submits minimal information for a Surgical Quotation Request. In such cases, only authorized PricelessMed team members securely handle the necessary details to assist the client in accessing suitable offers from verified hospitals within their planned budget range.

Yes. PricelessMed works exclusively with licensed and verified clinics and hospitals operating under UAE healthcare regulations.
