He served as Associate Professor and Head of Unit at GCS Medical College & Research Centre, and as a Consultant Orthopaedic & Joint Replacement Surgeon at Columbia Asia Hospital, Ahmedabad. A graduate of Gujarat University, he was awarded the prestigious OREF Fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston and later completed a Fellowship in Adult Joint Reconstruction under Dr. Patrice Graf in France.
